On World Population Day, the United Nations Population Fund has released a report on Pakistan, which states that Pakistan’s population has reached approximately 257.2 million, with one-third of the population between the ages of 10 and 24._x000D_

According to the report, the future of Pakistan depends on the opportunities, decisions and capabilities of the youth. 76% of youth in Pakistan are optimistic about the future, while 53% of youth are worried about security, economic problems, inequality, and rural youth deprived of internet are facing difficulties._x000D_

The United Nations Population Fund has called for teaching digital skills to the youth and providing good jobs, saying that population policy is not just about increasing or decreasing numbers, it is a matter of rights and choices.
