Lahore, July 10: PGMI Principal Prof. Dr. Muhammad Farooq Afzal said quality healthcare is impossible without strong leadership, urging doctors to become leaders as well as healers. Addressing a workshop on “Leadership in Health Care†at Amiruddin Medical College and Lahore General Hospital, he stressed that leadership, communication and managerial skills are essential for improving medical education and patient care. Participants also resolved to apply the training to strengthen healthcare services.
