The inquiry committee constituted to investigate the treatment of patient Sameera, daughter of Rehan Anjum, at Jinnah Hospital Lahore has completed its report. According to the findings, the patient was treated in accordance with established medical principles and standard clinical protocols, and no evidence of serious medical negligence or misconduct was found._x000D_
The committee noted that the injury sustained to the large intestine during surgery was a recognized complication associated with this type of procedure. The complication was identified promptly and managed effectively through appropriate medical intervention. The patient’s condition subsequently improved._x000D_
