A passing-out parade for more than 300 interns under the Chief Minister Punjab Rescue Internship Program was held at Rescue Headquarters Lahore. Provincial Minister for Health and Emergency Services Khawaja Salman Rafique attended the ceremony as the chief guest, while Parliamentary Secretary Qasim Nadeem and Secretary Emergency Services Dr. Rizwan Naseer were also present._x000D_
Addressing the ceremony, Khawaja Salman Rafique said the internship program, launched under the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, aims to equip young paramedics with modern emergency medical training, better employment opportunities, and a strong spirit of public service. He added that Rescue 1122 has become a world-class emergency service, while the Punjab government is further strengthening emergency response through initiatives including an air ambulance service, modern rescue equipment, and other key projects._x000D_
The provincial minister congratulated the graduating interns and expressed confidence that they would serve the people of Punjab with professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to public service.
