The Federal Constitutional Court has declared the decision to demolish Monal Restaurant null and void. The court accepted the appeals of the CDA and the Metropolitan City and also lifted the stay order. The Constitutional Court said that the trial courts will decide the ownership without being influenced by the court observations, while the regulatory bodies will decide the administrative matters. The Federal Constitutional Court also directed the trial courts to decide the cases as soon as possible.
