YouTube has introduced significant policy changes for low-quality videos

YouTube has introduced significant policy changes for low-quality videos. Under the new policy, YouTube will now take action against content it deems ‘unsatisfactory or offensive’. The move is aimed at discouraging videos that are unrealistic, artificial or based on the same style formulas. According to the policy, videos that copy others, use the same methods repeatedly to gain engagement beats or viewers’ attention, or that are based on repeated templates rather than creative styles, can be taken against them. According to the new guidelines, if a creator creates content based on generic or similar templates only to get more views, reach and engagement, then the monetization of his account may be affected, as videos that rely on overly generic templates or emotionally appealing methods will be considered a violation of the policy.
