While holding a press conference regarding the alleged kidnapping and rape case of foreign women in Lahore, DIG Operations Faisal Kamran said that the claims circulating on social media that the foreign women came out on their own are not true, but rather the statements of the affected women are there that they were rescued by the Punjab Police._x000D_

DIG Operations said that with the help of Safe City cameras, it was seen where the vehicle passed, while the location of the vehicle was traced and the accused were arrested._x000D_

He said that we were informed about the kidnappers by the father of the foreign woman, the concerned embassy wanted the affected women to be sent out of Pakistan as soon as possible, however, the police requested an additional day’s stay for their statements and medical examination._x000D_

According to Faisal Kamran, the foreign women were sent abroad after the medical and statements were completed._x000D_

DIG Operations said that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz herself called and directed that the case be processed on its full merits and said that it has to be looked at on its merits and whoever has committed the crime will be punished._x000D_

DIG Operations Lahore Faisal Kamran further said that all the accused were presented in court in handcuffs and their physical remand was obtained.
