Before his arrest, leader Rahul Gandhi strongly condemned the brutal police violence on unarmed workers and students of the Cockroach Janata Party, saying that the Hindu extremist party RSS has taken over India’s education system. He said that the boys and girls who gathered in thousands in New Delhi were making legitimate demands for their better future and education because India’s education system has completely decayed and RSS has taken over India’s education system. He said that the police shelling and lathi-charge on students who gathered for their legitimate demands is extremely shameful and it is an undemocratic act._x000D_
